BLDC motor assemblies are a natural extension: power tailgates, seats, water pumps and cooling fans require plastic-part accuracy, motor performance and assembly consistency to be controlled together — running them through one sourcing team materially shortens the program.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns the tooling?
The customer owns the tools. Contracts record tool IDs, storage location and transfer conditions, and tools can be released to another site on request.
How long from kickoff to series?
Small and medium tools typically reach T0 in 6–10 weeks, large tools in 12–16 weeks. Including trials and PPAP, series release is usually within 4–6 months.
Do BLDC motors include the controller?
You can choose bare motors, motors with integrated driver IC, or a complete assembly with control algorithm aligned to your vehicle communication protocol.
