Prototype PCBA 3–5 weeks including component procurement, low-volume 4–6 weeks, mass production scheduled against MOQ and component lead times; long-lead chips need to be secured early.
+How long do harness and connector alternatives take?
Like-for-like selection 1–2 weeks, samples 4–6 weeks. Housing or terminal changes that require tooling add another 6–8 weeks.
+What is the injection mold development time?
Typically 6–12 weeks depending on tonnage and part complexity, plus 2–3 rework loops after the first trial before cycle time and yield are signed off.
+Why are long-development systems slower?
ECU, e-powertrain and ADAS involve hardware and software development plus vehicle-level validation, usually a 12-month-plus programme. We support these via partners and own the milestone tracking.
