[ About ZRG ]

A sourcing team that speaks both Chinese shop floor and European standards

Suzhou ZRG International Consulting is staffed across four functions — purchasing, engineering, quality and logistics — resident in the Yangtze and Pearl River Delta, working to European documentation and communication habits.

ZRG is not a trading house. We act as your sourcing management function in Asia. Our revenue comes from management fees and delivered milestones, not from margin on parts — so our incentive is to select the right supplier, not the easiest one to close.

Client NDAs prevent us from publishing member names or supplier identities. The roles below describe how the team is actually staffed; full CVs, certificates, the supplier list and audit reports are shared after a mutual NDA.

How we work

Neutral position

We are paid by you, take no supplier rebates, and our supplier selection is fully auditable.

Documentation first

Audit reports, inspection records and change logs follow your templates and are handed over at project close.

European cadence

Direct German and English communication inside overlapping hours — no layered translation.

Risk pulled forward

Tolerance, part-number and capacity risks surface during sampling, not during ramp-up.

Frequently asked

How is ZRG different from a trading company?

A trading company earns on the spread and tends to hide the supplier. ZRG charges a sourcing management fee and discloses the supplier structure, audit findings and cost breakdown, so you can take the relationship over directly.

Why are no names or factories published on this site?

Most engagements are under NDA, so publishing identities creates compliance exposure. We publish the role structure and share named CVs, the supplier list and audit reports once a mutual NDA is signed.

How large is the team and how many projects run in parallel?

Six resident core roles, extended by external auditors and inspectors per project. Typically 4–6 serial-production programs plus several development-stage projects run in parallel.

Can we commission a single audit or inspection only?

Yes. Standalone factory audits, capacity assessments and pre-shipment inspections are available, reported in IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 structure.

Want to know who would run your project?

After a mutual NDA we share the named CVs, certificates and comparable project history for the roles assigned to you.
